How I work

The approach

Healthcare runs PDSA cycles on its clinical processes and runs its leaders on hope.

Use the window the way you’d improve anything else: on purpose, on a rhythm, and measured.

Leadership shows up in the numbers your organization already tracks: retention, patient safety, patient experience. That makes it something you can plan for and improve.

  1. Readiness gets assessed.

One person’s gut is a sample size of one. A structured read shows who is ready, for what, and what it will take.

  2. Leaders grow in conversation.

They work through the real decisions in front of them, with a coach and with each other.

  3. Development runs all year.

A rhythm the senior team keeps, reviewed against results, the way quality improvement already works.

So when the next leader leaves, someone is ready.

How we work

Every engagement starts with the same question: what will your workforce need from its leaders over the next three years, and who is ready to provide it?

  1. Strategic advisory

A standing seat at the table on transitions, succession and the bench, for organizations with nobody on staff whose job this is.

  2. Executive coaching

For senior leaders, sponsored by the organization. They rehearse the conversation they’re having next week, with AI as a thinking partner for the strategy questions nobody else in the building can help with.

  3. Senior team development

The senior team in the room together, on purpose. Shared language, decisions debriefed, and leaders learning to coach each other so the capability stays.

  4. Readiness assessment

The Leadership Circle Profile and a readiness process your organization owns, so the call on who is next rests on more than one opinion.

What leadership transition is your organization already carrying?
