For community health center, hospital & health system leaders. Founder, Wildbrush Collective — 20+ years in healthcare workforce development.

I spent two decades inside hospitals and healthcare clinics building workforce programs and developing leaders — and watching good people get promoted without support and expected to lead without clarity, then watching organizations pay for it in turnover. Eventually, I took my own advice. I launched Wildbrush Collective to bring workplace consulting, coaching, and soul-centered leadership training to people ready for their next chapter — on their terms.

About Us

The Story

My master's degrees are in healthcare administration and education — the formal way of saying I love both systems and people. As an ICF-certified leadership coach, I help leaders reflect, recalibrate, and lead with purpose — whether they're quietly wondering if they're on the right path or already know they want a different one. I have a particular soft spot for mid-career growth, women's leadership journeys, and the leader who's done trading their own thriving for a title that stopped fitting.

Montana is home. My clients are everywhere.

Outside of work, you'll find me on a trail with my Cavapoos, running, reading, journaling, or traveling to see family and friends. I'm the mother of two adult children and the middle of five sisters — which means I was born negotiating peace treaties.
