After 15+ years leading workforce initiatives, leadership programs, and program development in hospitals and healthcare clinics, I took a leap. I launched Wildbrush Collective to bring workplace consulting, coaching, and soul-centered leadership training to people ready for their next chapter—on their terms.
With a master’s in healthcare administration and education (yes, I love both systems and people), I help individuals reflect, recalibrate, and lead with purpose. I’m currently pursuing ICF ACC accreditation and am especially passionate about mid-career growth, women’s leadership journeys, and building a future where clarity and compassion coexist.
Montana is home, but I work with clients nationwide.
Outside of work, you will find me hiking with my two Cavapoos, running, reading and journaling, or traveling to visit my family and friends. I’m a mother of two adult children and the middle sister of five —which basically means I was born negotiating peace treaties (with moderate success).
I’ve always been a soul-searcher. A lifelong learner. The kind of person who keeps a journal (or 5) close by, not just to reflect on my own path—but to make sense of how people find meaning in the work they do, the relationships they hold, and the lives they build.
Over time, I realized my natural curiosity and empathy had turned into a practice. Friends, colleagues, and leaders began showing up in conversation not just for advice, but for clarity. Direction. Reconnection to something that felt lost in the noise. I wasn’t just a connector anymore—I was coaching. I was guiding people back to themselves. And I was good at it.
So I made the decision to pursue an ICF-accredited coaching program through Brown University School of Professional Studies and to simultaneously launch Wildbrush Collective—not because I have it all figured out, but because I’ve been in the trenches too. I know what it feels like to (barely) hold it all together while quietly wondering if you’re even on the right path.
I’ve navigated career growth and transitions, worked with CEOs, physician leaders, managers, and staff of all levels — addressing workforce challenges, building teams, and designing leadership curricula. I’ve worked with leaders across sectors to develop practical strategies rooted in self-awareness and systems thinking.
But I’m also a woman who made a midlife pivot—one shaped by deep personal reckoning. I left a long marriage that no longer reflected who I was becoming. I lost my mother too soon and realized how much of her life was spent pleasing people who didn’t fully value her. I’ve sat in therapy sessions wrestling with inherited beliefs, and had a daughter ask me the kind of questions that made me want to become the woman I needed when I was younger.
This business is not just about coaching. It’s about permission—permission to rewrite the rules, redefine what success looks like, and realign your work with your values. I’m building Wildbrush Collective to meet people where they are, especially those who feel out of place, overworked, or overwhelmed in leadership or life.
If you’re looking for a coach, organizational consultant, or thought partner who will challenge you with compassion, walk alongside you with purpose, and cheer you on without the fluff—I’m here.
Let’s grow something bold, clear, and best of all — yours.
